Corona Virus Update

Pool Leisure Centre is deemed a support provider to essential services during alert level 3 & 4 by the NZ Government. Due to the Global Covid-19 outbreak we are locking our doors during alert level 3 and 4 but will continue to operate in some capacity. For detailed information on how we intend to operate at each level see below:

Alert Level 1

Business as usual.

Store will remain OPEN at this alert level and will still to continue to process orders as long as our staff are well and healthy to operate. Installation & maintenance will be as per normal.

To ensure the safety of yourself, our staff and other customers please follow best practices and practice social distancing of at least 2M at all times, use hand sanitiser provided and please stay home and order online if you are feeling even remotely unwell.

ALERT LEVEL 2

Business as usual.

Store will remain OPEN at this alert level and will still to continue to process orders as long as our staff are well and healthy to operate. We will be able to install & maintain as per normal following safe non-contact rules

To ensure the safety of yourself, our staff and other customers please follow best practices and practice social distancing of at least 2M at all times, use hand sanitiser provided and please stay home and order online if you are feeling even remotely unwell. Store may close if any health concerns arrive. Updates will be posted here and on our social media if anything changes.

 

ALERT LEVEL 3

Store closed - Online Only. Delivery & Pick-up

At this alert level, store will be CLOSED but we will continue to operate online and can take sales via phone/email. Please give us a call on 03 684 4615 to place an order or order now via the website.

Install & maintenance will be strictly monitored keeping best practise

At this alert level you will still be able to pick up your orders via non-contact:

To ensure the safety of yourself, our staff and other customers please follow best practices and practice social distancing of at least 2M at all times, when collecting an order please phone us on arrival so we can arrange to hand off goods without making direct contact.

ALERT LEVEL 4

Store closed

At this alert level, store will be CLOSED. We are OPEN ONLINE and dispatching orders as soon as we can. As we are operating on heavily reduced staff expect some delays. We thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.

There will be no installation of pools or spas, there may be limited emergency maintenance for critical components to maintain water quality.
